Dan Murphy's Martin Place Cellar

In light of the history of the site, the Dan Murphy’s team held mindful discussions with the families of Katrina Dawson and Tori Johnson, victims of the tragic 2014 siege. The store features a permanent memorial to honour and pay respect to the siege victims.

Designed by i2C Architects, the renovation preserved pre-existing fixtures and lighting such as the marble columns, internal layout and colour scheme.

The resulting upmarket store provides a temperature controlled environment showcasing a premium range of rare, back-vintage, local and international wines and spirits, along with flexible space for hosting bespoke tastings and events.
