Transformation of the ground floor restaurant, bar and pre-function spaces at the iconic Langham Hotel in Sydney, designed to revitalise and refresh the environment and provide guests an enhanced experience.
The new 180-seat multi-station interactive restaurant titled Kitchens on Kent, allows diners to interact with chefs while they create customisable, made-to-order dishes at live cooking stations. Additional food stations, dessert bar, and stations for special dietary requirements will provide guests with a unique experience that combines à la carte and luxurious buffet dining.
