Hornsby Quarry Park

Hornsby Quarry Park is a nature regeneration project transforming a large former industrial plant into a public recreation park in Sydney’s Upper North Shore. The 60-hectare site project is being delivered in a staged manner by Hornsby Shire Council.
The fully accessible Southern Lookout is a 42m elevated viewing platform providing panoramic views of the bushland. Named after the original industrial plant, the Crusher Plant Precinct delivered picturesque recreation areas with large lawns, picnic and barbeque facilities, public amenities and parking.
